The Nature of God

Log 3

Introduction

If you are reading this log a second time and notice something different, by that I meant extremely different, that is because I revised it. Well more like rewrote the entire thing. As I stupidly wrote this, the relationship with God thing, and the theodicy before I wrote about God's existence. The theodicy was fine, but this and the other, very unscientific, logical yes, but not that scientific, so I decided to revamp it. Expect another complete rewrite about the other post as well as the 2 posts about free will. But for those who just knew about my blog, I will explain about the characteristics and natures of God, in scientific manner. So here we go!

The Natures of God

So, I will make several points to further explain what God is and the natures of God. We will begin with the basics, and then move on further.

1. What is God?

If you open up a dictionary, say Cambridge, it will basically say and I quote the Cambridge online dictionary, "The being who made the universe and is believed to have an effect on all things." Basically, God is someone who created the universe, or even the multiverse, and has an effect, direct or indirect to all things. But how does God actually does it? And what "is" God? By that I meant who is God? All of those questions bring us to the next point.

2. How and what God is

If you read my log on the existence of God, you may have a rough understanding of it. But basically, God is a conscious being, that has the power to manipulate the universe by Her or His or whatever gender God is's will. I'll reexplain the science behind this. So, if we compare our human intelligence to a computer's intelligence, we notice how computer intelligence can be transported anywhere, and theoretically, human intelligence should also be able to be transported. But then there is the problem of sentience or consciousness, and how we feel.

The explanation of the intelligence is since computer intelligence is basically information and technically our intelligence is similar. I also discussed how intelligence needs energy to run, and God is like that, an ultimate intelligence powered by energy, well God is the source of energy, so God powers Herself. But God also has feelings like us, and the result? A human being, amplified infinitely.

How does God work? First, through the laws of classical physical mechanics. Such as the laws of motion, relativity and so on. But if you read my log on the existence of God, I detailed about how the universe is composed of fields or what people call a fabric of space. And these fields are filled with vibrations, which are just energy flowing through, if enough energy is concentrated, you get particles. I wrote on how these fluctuations are unpredictable. And yes, it is sort of unpredictable, and God intervenes with the universe by putting in those energy.

3. Omnipotence, Omnipresence, and Omniscience

This is all self explanatory, omniscience is because God knows everything that is to know, or God can know everything that is to know. Omnipotence is God being able to do anything, by indirect means of physical laws and also people, or direct means by manifesting a form or manipulating those fluctuations. Omnipresence, well I haven't studied the science of how things can be in multiple places at the same time, so I'll explain it later.

4. Omnibenevolence

I explained how God can be all loving in the face of evil in my theodicy, but I'll recap. God is all loving as God wishes us to be independent and mature, and cares deeply for us, and also understands us infinitely, being the Parent of all. Well, since I haven't talked about love, we'll leave it there.

Conclusion

If this seems very very rushed, yes it is, I have other things on my mind. I have another writing that I actually wish to write so much, so I will probably leave this and all other topics that I do not need for now for the far future, so I am very very sorry. Do give any suggestions, compliments, critiques or ideas in the comments. And I hope you enjoyed this, though unlikely, but by anyway, have a nice day!
